I WANT TO CUSTOMIZE MY ITEMS BUT I DON’T SEE WHERE TO DO THIS. IS IT POSSIBLE?

We can customize many items on the site but some items are not customizable. Items that can be customized will have a form box to type in customization information.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY PURCHASE?

Items that do not require customization normally ship within two (2) weeks of placing an order. Please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for items that require customization.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Customized orders are final and cannot be returned. Standard items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items should be unused for full refund. All others may receive partial refund or store credit. Mechanical issues not due to human error with a new product, we will replace.
